Enjoy these simple, no fuss ideas for natural and safe posing ideas for your baby photo shoot.

If you notice, most of these shots were taken from about eye-level, except for the first shot in the middle row which was taken from directly above.
The keys to a successful shoot are
•lots of natural light coming from the side and/or front of baby's face
• happy or sleeping baby (never try to photograph an unhappy baby, it just doesn't work!!)
• simple neutral colors
• you can use any camera, even an iPhone... but these were all taken using a DSLR with 50mm lens, with the aperture opened up to 4.0 or lower ( this gives the pretty blurred effect).
